KLW Motorsport LLC Sponsorship Program: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria:

1.1 To be eligible for sponsorship consideration, applicants must demonstrate a genuine passion and commitment to racing.

1.2 Applicants must fall within the low-income criteria, which will be assessed based on financial documentation provided during the application process.

1.3 The sponsorship program is open to individuals of all ages who aspire to pursue racing but face financial barriers.

2. Application Process:

2.1 Applicants are required to complete and submit the official KLW Motorsports LLC sponsorship application form available on our website.

2.2 All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. Any false information may result in disqualification.

2.3 Any application deadline for each sponsorship period will be clearly communicated on our official website.

3. Selection Process:

3.1 Selection will assess applications based on a combination of financial need, dedication to racing, and potential for positive impact within the racing community.

3.2 Shortlisted applicants may be required to participate in an interview process to further evaluate their commitment to racing and the potential benefits of sponsorship.

4. Financial Documentation:

5. Sponsorship Benefits:

5.1 Successful applicants will receive financial assistance to cover racing-related expenses, which may include but are not limited to registration fees, equipment costs, and training expenses. This will be done in a one-time payment. Amount is determined by KLW Motorsport LLC.

5.2 The exact details of the sponsorship package will be communicated to successful applicants upon selection.

6. Commitment:

6.1 Sponsored individuals are expected to actively participate in racing events, represent KLW Motorsport LLC with integrity, and provide periodic updates on their progress.

6.2 Failure to meet these commitments without valid reasons may result in the termination of the sponsorship.

7. Terms of Agreement:

7.1 The sponsorship agreement will be for a specified period, and any changes or extensions will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.

7.2 KLW Motorsport LLC reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time. 

8. Acceptance of Terms:

8.1 By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

8.2 KLW Motorsport LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

By applying for sponsorship with KLW Motorsport LLC, applicants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and recognize the foundation's right to make decisions based on the information provided during the application process.
